HIKMICRO THUNDER TX70CL 4.0 features a high-sensitivity 1280 × 1024 thermal detector with a 12μm pixel interval and NETD of less than 12mK. Its 70mm F1.3 lens provides a detection range of up to 3500m, capturing fine thermal details at extended distances.
HIKMICRO Image Pro 4.0 and a 1920 × 1080 resolution 0.49-inch AMOLED display deliver detailed thermal visuals. Six colour palettes, adjustable brightness, and warm or cold tone settings allow users to tailor the viewing experience to their preferences. The HIKMICRO Shutterless Image System (HSIS) and Sync Pro further support imaging performance.
An upgraded laser rangefinder integrated into the lens measures distances up to 1200m, combining thermal observation and distance measurement within a compact clip-on setup. The TX70CL 4.0 offers 1x magnification and supports recommended day scope magnification from 1–15x. Image calibration, five zeroing profiles, and 1MOA guaranteed precision support setup and performance.
Built for demanding field use, the TX70CL 4.0 features a magnesium alloy body and lens cover, IP67 protection, and shock resistance up to 6000J. Measuring 135mm × 82mm × 81mm and weighing 575g with battery, its compact design keeps the setup streamlined. It supports operation in temperatures from -30°C to +50°C.
The battery specification lists two HM-3840DC rechargeable lithium batteries, with an operating time of at least five hours at 25°C, with the hotspot off and LRF on. Type-C connectivity supports direct charging and an external power supply. Built-in 64GB EMMC storage, video and audio recording, snapshot capture, and recoil-activation recording allow users to capture and review their field experiences.
